Our goal at Park Regency is to meet each resident’s individual needs by providing premier, quality, services based on a comprehensive clinical assessment. Older adults have many different needs and those needs often change over time. Our customized point system offers the convenience of flexibility when it comes to providing just the right amount of support at an equitable rate. The enclosed levels of service descriptions are to be used as a guide for potential level of care. Actual level of care will be determined by Park Regency’s R.N. assessment prior to move in, 30 days after move in, at least quarterly thereafter, and/or upon change of medical condition.
